Testimonial

We recenly spent 4 nights at the El Presidio. Just walking through the old wooden gate and into the enclosed courtyard relaxed us - with its stone patio, fountain, flowering plants and trees. Our room opened directly into the courtyard and it was a joy to step out our door and have a glass of wine sitting in the quiet, enclosed courtyard. One feels very secure in this facility.

Patti is a very welcoming host and her breakfasts leave no room for lunch. She also thoughtfully stocks the room with snacks and drinks. We even had a small, well-equipped kitchen as part of our room.  Location is perfect for walking in the historic district as well as downtown; road traffic in the area is surprisingly light.

Highly recommended.

This loss is massive for all of us, and we recognize that it has inconvenienced and upset the travel plans for many loyal friends and family that Patti has made over decades. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and pray that you will understand considering the situation. Details about reservations will be made available when possible.
